Introduction to IMD/IML in mold injection molding process

IMD/IML（In Molding Label）Process definition：

Using PET with surface coating process requirements as the carrier, print ink pattern layer, adhesive, and ink curing on the printing surface. Then, heat and bake to achieve hot pressing and edge cutting. The shaped PET is manually or mechanically placed into the injection mold cavity and filled with plastic. At high temperatures, the adhesive melts and bonds the PET sheet with the ink pattern layer to form a whole with the plastic.
